Abstract
"The arvicoline rodents collected by the Sage West China Expedition (1934) to Sichuan are reported. The localities and measurements are given for Eothenomys melanogaster melanogaster and Pitymys sikimensis irene. A new species, Microtus musseri, is diagnosed, described, and compared with other members of the genus. The new species is closest morphologically and ecologically to Microtus millicens from which it differs in dentition, size, and pelage color"--P [1].
