Abstract

Notebook kept by Hovey during the Hovey West Indies Expedition in 1915 and continued in use through 1916 for the Crocker Land Expedition. Passages are 'Heilprin Exploration Fund Expedition of 1915 (Guadeloupe),' 'Guadeloupe, Grande Terre,' 'St. Vincent,' and 'The Arctic Voyage of the Schooner "George B. Cluett."' Narrative includes general observations and some scientific notes with multiple annotations.
